We want you to be happy with your purchase!  GoldAtom.com observes the following Return Policies:

We offer a full, Money Back Gurantee on all orders, unless otherwise stated in item description.  To qualify, item must be returned within 10 days of purchase.  All returns must include original packaging, any included accessories, and all paperwork and shipping materials.  Item must be returned in the condition advertised, in a resaleable condition.

We are not responsible for damage during shipment.  Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.  Items must be insured for the full purchase amount.  We will not accept returns on items damaged during shipment UNLESS they are insured. 

NO RETURNS on DVD's, CGC Comics or Consignment Items.  All sales final on these items, unless they are damaged during shipping and insurance was purchased covering the full purchase price.

Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt.  If loss or damage has occured, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company.
